1. When does my VIP CARD membership begin (end)? When you initiate your membership the card will be active starting the same month as your subscription and will be valid for 12 months for a 1 year purchase at $39 and 36 months for 3 year purchase at $99.

2. How many people can use one VIP CARD? VIP CARD is limited to the use of the card holder and, in the cardholder's presence, his/her spouse, companion and his/her children under 18 years of age.

3. Can I first make my purchase and then join the VIP? No. You must show your VIP card (or give your VIP number) in order to receive your discount at the participating business.

4. Will you make reservations for me? Sorry, no. However, you may look up any accommodations establishment you wish to reserve in our directory of affiliated companies, where you will find all contact details.

5. How long will shipping of my VIP membership take? It will take 4 - 6 weeks for you to receive your card and your first issue of Downhome magazine.

6. Is the price for shipping included in the price of my VIP membership? Yes.

7. Is it really secure to enter my credit card information in the order form?
